Icade is an office and healthcare property investor. As a developer of residential and office properties and large-scale public amenities, Icade fosters the emergence of tomorrow’s greener, smarter and more responsible cities.
- An aging website, preventing them to communicate effectively their new purpose.
- A poor candidate experience based on a very flat employer brand.
- No ideal way to valorize their real-estate portfolio and showcase their latest projects.
- Facilitating workshops with each stakeholder’s team, from innovation to investors relationships, in order to define clearly their respective needs and goals.
- Taking part in editorial workshops where we created Icade’s new tone of voice and identified the pages that needed copywriting.
- Wireframing of the key templates, both in desktop and mobile.
- Reviewing and enrichment of those wireframes based on stakeholders and users feedback.
- Monitoring of the visual design phase to ensure that usability and accessibility are well respected.
We designed a bespoke corporate website that represents who they are and communicates their new purpose: create sustainable and desirable places to live and work.
Their portfolio is at the center of the stage, with a versatile design giving them great liberty to storytell their latest projects. The website is human-first, with a lot of Icade’s employees’ testimonials to support the corporate content. Finally, the website is future-proof, with an interface and an information architecture designed to receive new and diverse pages over the years.
